Weekend in Bresse

Flybaboo, sounds like Balu from the Jungle Book right? Well it’s a Geneva based regional airline that operates with three Dash 8 Q300 – i.e. 50 seats little plane.

This small company offers interesting prices for lovely destinations such as:
- Ibiza, Valencia from CHF 149 o/w + taxes (nice...)

- Nice, St Tropez from CHF 69 o/w + taxes (interesting...)
- PRAGUE from CHF 69 o/w + taxes (are you kidding? Super Trouper!!)
- and others…

The Swiss know were to go and have fun, don’t they? We found this particular airline while searching for a low price rate to come to France. We paid 160€ for our tickets Prague-Geneve, and you wouldn’t say you are travelling in a low-cost airline. I must say we had a very pleasant fly; we had water and snacks during the flight. Offered for free!!! These Swiss are so nice!!!

Its Sunday again and tomorrow is our last day here in La Bresse. Remarkable weekend. Time to see the family, friends, and time to savour a delicious and tender piece of meat…mmmmmm TROP BON!!!

The Louhanais are doing well. Reub will finally have his driving license soon…good for him, but not so good for us…I guess. He waited 10 years to have it, and last week when he was about to pass the exam, the instructor got sick! A bizarre twist of fate, I ought to say.

Le lion is getting ready for his second trip of the year. I wonder if Prague is ready for him. The Dick Lorentz were not much in shape, as one of them had some terrible pain in the back. You know; we are not 18 anymore, and there are SOME things and postures we can’t do anymore… So no more “coup de reins” at least for some time. That’s what the doctor said.

Arthur gave us a private concert with his new and heavy friend, Mr. Accordion. I have the impression the instrument is heavier that he himself. I hope he will come soon back to Prague too. Roxy club is waiting for you!

So see you all on the 31st next month. We’ll say nashled to '06 and ahoj to '07.
